EUDR Regulation
EU Regulation 2023/1115 (EUDR) introduces new obligations for companies importing, exporting, or trading specific raw materials and products linked to deforestation.
Starting from December 30, 2025 (or dal June 30, 2026 for micro and small enterprises), compliance must be demonstrated through a due diligence statement.
In partnership with Grimaldi Alliance, an international law firm with over 70 offices worldwide, we offer an integrated service to support companies with EUDR compliance, combining legal, organizational, technological, and strategic expertise.
