Not Just Environment,
Not Just Digital: The “S” Factor

We have a curious and versatile spirit, and have always been active supporters of corporate social responsibility initiatives aimed at young people. Our interests go beyond our core business, and we nurture them through targeted actions, offering both practical and financial support.

Tecno for
Digital Innovation

Since 2017, we have supported the Big Hack initiative and the hackathons promoted as part of the regional strategy to foster and spread digital skills. Over the various editions, the event has involved thousands of young European talents, ready to compete through innovation for the ultimate prize: winning one of the challenges posed by sponsoring companies and gaining exciting professional collaborations.

The spirit of initiative and the promotion of technology have always captured our team’s interest, and we are ever ready to invest in innovative startups and ambitious projects.

Supported by the scientific committee chaired by Giorgio Ventre, Director of the Department of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at the University of Naples Federico II, we helped launch the Apple Foundation Program—the world’s first coding-based training course held in a museum (the Capodimonte Museum in Naples), involving young talents and instructors from the Apple Developer Academy at the University Federico II.

In October, we won the "Company for Generation Z" award in the corporate welfare category, presented by Radar Academy, Business School of Radar Consulting.

Tecno for art and territorial promotion

We collaborate with the FAI in Naples to promote local architectural heritage. We have provided the association with advanced technologies and taken part in the “Beni del FAI, luoghi da vivere” project, opening historic residences such as Palazzo Ischitella and Palazzo San Teodoro to the public.

The Teatro San Carlo is a Neapolitan landmark to which our group has always been deeply committed. Alongside other Campanian enterprises, we procured the theatre’s exquisite Harlequin carpets and, as part of the “Culture Project,” supported the revival of several opera seasons.

A jewel among Naples’ treasures, the Catacombs of San Gennaro are a heritage site we are proud to promote. In collaboration with MANN and the Museo e Real Bosco di Capodimonte, we supported the “La collina dell’arte” project to revitalise the site.

Tecno for education
and social action

The labor market is increasingly demanding; for this reason, we support both pre- and post-graduate training programs—such as the master’s courses at the IPE Business School in Naples—for which we fund two scholarships each year.

We believe in the social role of businesses and their capacity to contribute to community development. The program set out in the memorandum of understanding aims to reduce gender disparities and ensure women and girls have access to decent work—one of the key objectives of the 2030 Agenda to which we have committed.

Always mindful of the needs of the local community, its people, and the outstanding assets that define and enrich it, our Group has chosen to support the Pascale Hematology Volunteers Association (formerly AVEP Onlus). This organization raises funds to finance a variety of programs aimed at structurally and organizationally improving the hematology department at the Pascale Foundation in Naples.

The enthusiasm and passion for our work, combined with our vision to become an innovative hub, led us to launch the Talents Project in 2018. This ambitious recruitment campaign was aimed at attracting young trainees and experienced professionals alike, to enhance the value and versatility of our workforce.
