Data Protection Committee

The Data Protection Committee oversees the implementation of the Group’s privacy and personal data protection policies, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable national legislation. It performs guidance, supervision, and monitoring functions regarding the adoption of organizational and technical measures needed to ensure the security, confidentiality, and integrity of data processing. The Committee collaborates with the Data Protection Officer and ensures the continuous updating of company procedures with a view to accountability and risk prevention.

Daniela Cerrone

With a degree in Engineering, a PhD, and an MBA, she has gained solid experience in strategic and organizational consulting for both public and private entities. She has managed complex projects in areas such as research and innovation, digitalization, facilitated finance, and sustainability. At Tecno Group, she coordinates national and European R\&D\&I projects, focusing on the adoption of advanced technologies for digital and environmental transition. 

Giuseppina Russoniello

With a degree in Modern Foreign Languages and Literatures, she has built a solid professional background in dynamic and international contexts. Since 2012 at Tecno Group, she has held roles of increasing responsibility, eventually leading the operational coordination of the KontrolON project. She manages complex project activities and client relations both in Italy and abroad. She speaks Italian, German, French, and English fluently. 

Alessandro di Masi

He is a passionate and seasoned professional in accounting and financial reporting, holding a solid academic degree in Economic Sciences and a Master’s in Taxation and Corporate Financial Reporting. With many years of experience in both routine and special-purpose accounting and in the preparation of financial statements, he currently serves as Senior Accountant Specialist at Tecno Group.

Federica Pacilio

She is a communications professional with extensive experience in corporate branding, digital strategy and the management of cross-functional projects. After a career in digital marketing, she now serves as Head of Corporate Communications at Tecno Group, overseeing the development of the company’s institutional identity and coordinating brand positioning activities at both national and international levels.

Salvatore Chiummariello

He is a web developer with over 20 years of experience, boasting a strong background in designing and implementing technology-intensive digital solutions, both as a freelancer and within structured corporate environments. Specializing in PHP, SQL, front-end development and CMS platforms, he has managed the full lifecycle of numerous web projects—from back-end architecture to SEO optimization. At Tecno Group, he serves as Head of IT, overseeing the Group’s entire IT ecosystem: from securing digital infrastructures to developing digital platforms, ensuring operational efficiency, service continuity and technological innovation.

Mariarosaria Costa

As Operations Controller, she specializes in planning and controlling corporate performance. She supports management by analyzing results and defining strategic objectives through the preparation of reports, KPIs and monitoring tools. She contributes to streamlining internal processes and ensuring alignment between operational targets and executive goals.

Paolo Liccardo

A specialist in compensation & benefits with a strategic focus on pay equity, employee value enhancement, and labor cost optimization. He coordinates administrative and contractual HR management activities within the Group’s companies, ensuring consistency and compliance throughout the employee lifecycle. He supervises the development of compensation policies and incentive systems (MBOs, bonuses, rewards), ensuring competitiveness, sustainability, and alignment with business goals. He contributes to the design of corporate welfare and benefits plans, supports the HR Department in attraction and retention strategies, and monitors compensation and personnel cost KPIs, actively contributing to the Group’s organizational growth and strength.
