Sustainability and responsibility mean to us many things, many stories.

It means putting the effort, not only for the wellbeing of the planet, but also to bolster the economic growth of our Country. Act in a "sustainable" way, to us means supporting the professional training of the youth, promote the social inclusion, the gender equality; to encourage the digital innovation, the ECO transition, the promotion of culture and of the national artistic heritage.

People

We put the effort everyday to encourage the social inclusion, the equal opportunities, the private life-job balance of our employees, the elimination of social, gender and ethnic inequalities.

Throughout the years we've activated company welfare plans to improve the bond with our resources, the agreements and memorandums of understanding signed with the institutions, training bodies, research institutions and national universities.

We know that the job market is more and more demanding and that not everybody have the possibility to follow their dreams. That's why we are backing training courses for pre and post degree, like the Napoli's IPE Business School's masters, funding two scholarships every year. Initiatives that testify a constant action that leaves no one behind.

Digital innovation

The innovation as a lever to reach the sustainable and digital transition. An important element of our internal and external training routes.

We believe a lot in the technological progress, in the talent of the youth, who experiment new techniques, new projects, new entrepreneurial paths. For these reasons we support initiatives of the sector, like Big Hack, as well as innovative start-ups, funding high added value projects.

We contributed to the birth of the Apple Foundation Program, the first training program in the world that takes place inside a museum (Napoli's Museum of Capodimonte) based on coding, that involves young talents and mentors from the Apple Developer Academy of the Federico II University.

Territory

We don't turn away: for a long time we've represented a reality that is mindful of the needs of the territory and of the people.

We profoundly believe in the social value of our Group, a true effort for the evaluation and the fruition of goods, realities and cultural marvels of our territory.

The project Collina dell'arte (Art's Hill) is among the initiatives that testify our commitment. A program shared between the MANN (Museo Archeologico Nazionale di Napoli - National Archeological Museum of Napoli), the San Gennaro's Catacombs and Real Bosco di Capodimonte (Royal Forest of Capodimonte), financially supported by our Group. This collaboration favored the mix between cultural heritage and innovation, through the creation of a VR route in the Catacombs and the Apple Foundation Program course, offered to the youth of the Rione Sanità.
